I spent the summer painting on Monhegan Island, Maine. One of the paintings I did was a 360 degree panoramic view. The painting was done on location (not from photos) and consists of 16 16" X 20" canvases with a total length of almost 27 feet. I worked on two canvases at a time. As I finished one section I would remove the canvas on the left and attach the next one on the right and worked my way around until I was back where I started. To view the panorama click on the detail. I have to warn you, you'll you need to have some patience, it's a big file and will take a while to come in. |
